We strive to do our part in making the world a better place for all by promoting genuine honest discourse of the Christian faith and the challenges Christians face daily while struggling to maintain their principles, ethics, and core values. We seek to be a resource of inspiration, education, and interactive fellowship for people desiring a deeper understanding of their Christian faith.
Sharpening Iron
Sharpening Iron is a podcast discussion series on Biblical topics where we can figuratively "hammer out" topics sharing insights as we try to be a light to a broken world and to encourage believers to live faith "out loud!"
We bring our insights to the discussion table while endeavoring to shed the baggage of our preconceived notions to look at scripture with "NEW" eyes and allow the Word of God, through the power of the Holy Spirit to transform our minds. Being guided by the scriptures from the book of Proverbs chapter 27 verse 17 which reads; "As Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend."

Allowing The Master Craftsman and One True King To Make Us Anew!
The King's Forge, is a ministry of Jesus Christ that emphasizes developing a personal relationship with God through serious study of the Bible. We promote serious stewardship of God's Word by encouraging believers to shed the baggage of preconceived notions about what they've been told the Bible contains while engaging in a personal study of God's Word to discover for themselves what the Bible really says. Eschewing vicarious or cultural Christianity in favor of a genuine relationship with God founded on a belief system that is based upon an intimate, first hand knowledge of the Bible.
The Crucible
A crucible is were the melted material being worked on is contained in a forge. It is in a state of transformation.

In The King's Forge "The Crucible" is an allegory we utilize for the sanctuary or classroom. The crucible is where a sermon or teaching is given that would be intended to highlight Biblical topics that foster true change as we apply what we learn from the sermon to our lives. It is intended to melt away our old selves as we become more and more malleable or workable so God can shape us and sharpen us to be used for His intended purposes.

The Furnace
The furnace is where the fire resides in a forge. Levitically Speaking, fire symbolizes God's Presence.

"The Furnace" is an allegory we utilize to express the presence of God in our lives and the world. If we surrender, allowing ourselves to be forged by the fire of God's presence we will begin to glow like Iron in the fires of a forge until the glow of our light, like the iron, becomes indistinguishable from the flame.

We encourage believers to manifest the presence of God in our world through the daily practice of the things we study from God's word.
